This Trump Hotel | The Grove Redfield Estate Wedding has a special place in my heart, because Katya and Giuli have been my friends ever since I moved to the United States. They have been engaged for quite some time, so when they decided to finally get married we were all very excited!!
The day started with their getting ready at the Trump Hotel in downtown Chicago, which offers a gorgeous view of the Chicago river and the nearby buildings. Their first look took place at Terrace 16th, and after that we went for few portraits at the Wrigley Building.
The ceremony and reception took place at The Grove Redfield Estate in Glenview. Friends, if you have never been there, you must go!! The Grove Nature Preserve it’s a 150+ acre National Historic Landmark, featuring a vintage craftsman style home, a rustic gazebo hidden in the forest, a large meadow and pond. It’s the perfect place for an outdoor wedding!!
Once we got here, I had to tuck my camera away, to be the officiant. After witnessing their love story for so many years, this was the greatest honor for me. My associate shooter for that day, Michelle, beautifully captured the rest, so scroll all the way down to see what a gorgeous day this was!!
